Joint Consultation as a Determinant of Job Satisfaction in the Insurance Sector

The urge for employees to have a voice in decision making process at workplace has made joint consultation imperative. This study examined as determinant of job satisfaction the insurance sector. adopted survey research method using Krejie and Morgan sample size determination formular selects eighty-six (86) from population one hundred ten employees. Seventy-three copies questionnaire were duly completed thirteen not usable. Two hypotheses tested partial least square structural equation model, SMARTPLS 3.2.2.
